Cookie policy

We keep cookies to a minimum. The site works fully without any optional cookies, and analytics cookies stay off unless you accept them. Last updated November 8, 2026.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as browser session storage, work in the same way. UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) requires your consent for any that are not strictly necessary.

Strictly necessary

These do not need consent because the site cannot remember your choices without them.

Analytics without cookies

Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights count page views and measure page speed without setting cookies or identifying you. Vercel says its analytics use a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, so visitors cannot be tracked across days or sites.

If we switch on Google Analytics, these cookies are set only after you click Accept analytics cookies. Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps them off.

How to change your choice

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept or reject analytics cookies at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage means the site cannot remember your choices.
