What the site is for

The site explains how data is licensed to AI companies and how training data is bought, and lets you request a consultation with us. The guides, value estimator, buyer directory and deals tracker are general information.

Not advice, not an offer

• Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Take independent advice before signing any license.
• The value estimator shows ranges that buyers publish on their own sites. It is not a valuation, a quote or an offer.
• No data is licensed, sold or bought through the website. A data license only exists when the buyer and seller sign one directly.

Our services are covered separately

Consultations are free and create no obligation. Brokerage work is provided only under a signed engagement letter, which sets out our fee and responsibilities. If that letter and these terms conflict, the engagement letter applies.

Accuracy and third-party information

We source and date every figure, but terms in this market change quickly. Check any fact with its source before relying on it. Buyer profiles describe what each company publishes about itself. Company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. A listing is not an endorsement and does not mean that company works with us.

If you represent a listed company and something is wrong or out of date, email hello@sellmydatatoai.net and we will correct it.

Using the site fairly

Do not use the site to send spam, upload malicious code, test its security without permission, or put its availability at risk. Do not send us personal data about other people through a form. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl the site, as set out in our robots.txt.

Our content and how you may reuse it

• The content and design of the site belong to Marketing Signals Ltd.
• You may quote short extracts with a link to the page they came from.
• You may reuse the AI data deals tracker table under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, with a link to the tracker page.
• Do not copy whole pages or republish the guides without our written permission.

Machine-readable services

The llms.txt files, Markdown copies, EntityMap and MCP server are provided free and as they are. We may change, limit or withdraw them, and may block automated use that harms the site.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, the site is provided free and as it is, we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, or any indirect loss, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you in connection with the website is limited to £100.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the terms in force when you use the site apply.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
