Kaggle Datasets
Kaggle Datasets is the open dataset hosting service of Kaggle, the data science community Google acquired in March 2017. Its datasets page describes hundreds of thousands of open datasets for AI research and model training. Kaggle does not pay uploaders or sell data, and each dataset carries one license chosen by the uploader, from CC0 to copyright-authors.

What is Kaggle Datasets?
Kaggle Datasets is a place to browse, download and share open datasets for AI research, model training and analysis, according to its datasets page, which cites hundreds of thousands of open datasets and a community of millions. Google confirmed it had acquired Kaggle, founded in 2010, at its Cloud Next conference in March 2017, Business Standard reported.
Can you sell data on Kaggle?
Kaggle Datasets does not offer a way to sell data. Kaggle's API documentation says each dataset must specify exactly one license, with options including CC0, several Creative Commons licenses, ODbL, CDLA, Apache 2.0 and copyright-authors. Once data is public under an open license, no buyer can obtain an exclusive license to it, so get a data valuation before you upload anything with commercial value.
